Separated shoulder

A separated shoulder was an injury to the acromioclavicular joint.

In the 2350s, Cadet Benjamin Sisko ended up in the Starfleet Academy infirmary with a separated shoulder, among other injuries, after challenging Solok to a wrestling match. (DS9: "Take Me Out to the Holosuite")
