Sector 52043 was a region of space in the Alpha Quadrant.

In the 2360s, there was a covert operation in this sector by the Bajoran splinter group Kohn-Ma. An alleged attack by this group on an orbiting monitoring station at Matiovsky IV was believed by Bajoran Intelligence to be an attempt at preventing the Cardassians from monitoring the group's activities. (DS9: "Past Prologue")

This sector's quadrant of origin is inferred based on the position of the Cardassian Union in the star chart appearing in the Star Trek: Picard episode "Maps and Legends".
