Sector 213

Sector 213 was a region of space in the Beta Quadrant. Qualor II was located in this sector.

While conducting an undercover mission on Romulus in 2368, Data contacted the USS Enterprise-D in Sector 213 with a "piggyback" subspace signal. (TNG: "Unification II")

This sector's quadrant of origin is inferred based on the position of the Qualor system as seen in the star chart appearing in the Star Trek: Picard episode "Maps and Legends".
