Scott Topper (born 8 March 1972; age 53) is an actor, DJ, MC, and host who appeared as a Kantare in the Star Trek: Enterprise first season episode "Oasis". According to the call sheet, he filmed his scenes on Monday 28 January 2002, on Paramount Stage 9.

As a Los Angeles local, he has been working as reality and entertainment show host, radio tour guide, and DJ and MC especially for weddings and other festivals. He previously worked as MTV reality show and FOX Kids show host. In 1999, he founded the talk show Party Time with Scott Topper, aired on COX 17 TV. [1]

Other shows he hosted include The Local Sgow with Cheryl Ladd and the radio program Way Back Weekends. He also wrote several books about how to speak in public. [2]

In 2006, Topper appeared in the short drama Sense Memory. Other projects he appeared on include episodes of Babylon 5, Joan of Arcadia, Scenes from a Mall, Martial Law, and California Dreams. [3]
