Sanitation engineer

A sanitation engineer was an individual responsible for waste aboard starships.

In 2151, as Trip Tucker listened to himself recording an answer to Molly McCook's question about what happened when they flushed the toilet on Enterprise NX-01, he complained that the children from Miss Malvin's class would think he was the sanitation engineer. (ENT: "Breaking the Ice")
