These two passengers died when the Sanction exploded in 2364. Natasha Yar was unable to get hold a lock on them. The surviving crew seemed more concerned about their cargo of felicium than these dead individuals, something both William T. Riker and Deanna Troi found odd. (TNG: "Symbiosis")
