SMT 05

SMT 05 was a 23rd century Federation Class C shuttle assigned to Starbase 5. Used as a medical transport, this vessel, bearing the symbol of Starfleet Medical, had a gray-and-white color scheme.

In 2257, Lieutenant Spock stole this shuttle from the starbase, setting a course for a location in the Beta Quadrant. After the shuttle was abandoned by him, it was recovered by Section 31. The intelligence division assigned agent Philippa Georgiou as the pilot of this shuttle. She piloted this shuttle until it was intercepted by the USS Discovery, which disabled the craft with a class 5 torpedo. After being released from the Discovery, Georgiou flew this shuttle to a rendezvous with Leland's ship, where it was stored. (DIS: "An Obol for Charon", "Saints of Imperfection")
