Rutian police

The Rutian police was a law enforcement agency operated by the Rutians of the planet Rutia IV. This agency was lead by a director, operated police transports, and kept prisoners in detention cells. They were often the primary target of the Ansata. In 2366, the Rutian police was led by Alexana Devos. (TNG: "The High Ground")
