The Rubble Crusher Outlet was a section of the Tars Lamora prison colony. It consisted of a long conveyor that used anti-gravity to move mining rubble waste from the subterranean interior of the colony into space, beyond the colony's atmospheric force field. Along the way, the rubble was pulverized by a series of large automated crushers.

In 2383, Dal R'El hijacked a class D loader and attempted to escape Tars Lamora through the Rubble Crusher Outlet. Though he was able to evade the crushers, the Diviner deactivated the conveyor's power supply, leaving him without enough velocity to reach space and causing him to fall back into the depths of the planet.
