Royal Children's Hospital was a medical facility near London, England.

In 2259 of the alternate reality, young Lucille Harewood was a patient at the facility. Her parents Rima and Thomas Harewood came there to visit her and bring her a stuffed animal. It was also there that Thomas met Khan Noonien Singh, who offered him the chance to save Lucille's life...for a price. (Star Trek Into Darkness)

Scenes at the hospital were filmed at Greystone Mansion in Beverly Hills. The building was given CGI additions.
Early concept art by Victor Martinez identified this hospital as "Royal Chromovirus Hospital". [1]
