Root nectar

Root nectar was a beverage used to make fruit compote.

For the celebration of Prixin aboard the USS Voyager in 2374, Neelix fermented fruit compote in root nectar for weeks. (VOY: "Mortal Coil")

The spelling of this beverage, according to the Star Trek Encyclopedia, 4th ed., vol. 2, p. 51, was "moolt nectar".
