Rokassa juice

Rokassa juice was a beverage with an unmistakable odor. Elim Garak enjoyed rokassa juice, as he found that it soothed his nerves.

In 2370, Julian Bashir recognized the smell and commented on Garak's choice of beverage. The Cardassian explained that he'd just had a run-in with a demanding Bajoran customer, an engineer (thereby necessitating soothing). (DS9: "Cardassians")

The script for the episode specified that Garak was not just drinking Rokassa juice in the scene in which it was mentioned, but also in the final scene.
StarTrek.com specified that it was "apparently made from a fruit", and possibly of Cardassian origin.[1](X)
