Rokain

The Rokains were the inhabitants of the ancient country of Rokai on Tartaras V.

As of 2369, the ruins of one of their provincial capitals had been located. That year, Quark tried to tempt Vash with the possibility of getting some of their artifacts (and doing business with him). She initially declined, then asked Quark how to get to the planet. (DS9: "Q-Less")
