Roger Soffer
Roger Soffer, along with Christian Ford, wrote the original story pitch of the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine third season episode "Life Support", which was based on Mary Shelley's Frankenstein.
Following their story pitch for Deep Space Nine, Soffer and Ford wrote the screenplay for Kazaam (1996, with actors Randall Bosley, Robert Clendenin, Michael Wajacs and Larry Clardy) and the story for Slow Burn (2000) which was also Ford's directorial debut and on which Soffer worked as producer. The two also wrote the story for Category 7: The End of the World (2005), Merlin's Apprentice (2006), and Final Days of Planet Earth (2006). On Merlin's Apprentice, Soffer also worked as associate producer, and on Final Days of Planet Earth, he worked as producer.
In 2008, they co-wrote the teleplay for Infected. Soffer later co-wrote Throne of Elves (2016).
