Robert Tolbert is an actor who worked as stand-in and photo double for Jonathan Frakes on the Star Trek: Enterprise fourth season episode "These Are The Voyages...". Tolbert received no credit for his work but is listed on the call sheets. He worked on set Friday 25 February 2005 on Paramount Stage 18 and Monday 7 March 2005 on Paramount Stage 9.

Tolbert played the supporting role as one of the Delsonics in the 1986 drama Joey, which also features Linda Thorson, John Snyder, and Marie Marshall.
