Rob Brownstein is an actor and director who portrayed the Talosian Magistrate on the Star Trek: Discovery episode "If Memory Serves".

Brownstein is the second individual to portray the Keeper, a role that was previously held by actress Meg Wyllie and voiced by Malachi Throne in the Star Trek: The Original Series pilot "The Cage".
