Rico McClinton (born 27 November 1966; age 58) is an American actor and former bodybuilder who played the Older XB in the Star Trek: Picard first season episode "The Impossible Box".

McClinton attended the University of California, Los Angeles, and had been a professional bodybuilder before embarking on his acting career. His first on-screen role was as a "Muscle Dude" in the 1991 thriller Dead Silence, which featured stunts by Erik Stabenau. He appeared in bit roles on episodes of Alias (2004, with Melissa George, Greg Grunberg, Victor Garber, and Glenn Morshower, created by J.J. Abrams), CSI: Miami (2005), Friday Night Lights (2009), Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior (2011), NCIS: Los Angeles (2011), True Blood (2013, with Kristin Bauer, Tamlyn Tomita, and Jeffrey Nicholas Brown), Scandal (2013, with Mark Moses), and How to Get Away with Murder (2016, with Mark L. Taylor).

He also had a role in Battleship (2012) and 37: A Final Promise (2014, featuring Bruce Davison)
