Rick Fitts (born 23 September 1948; age 76) is the actor who portrayed Dr. Martin in the Star Trek: The Next Generation fifth season episode "Violations" and a Zahl official in the Star Trek: Voyager fourth season episode "Year of Hell".

Fitts filmed his scenes for "Violations" on Monday 28 October 1991, Friday 1 November 1991, and Wednesday 6 November 1991 on Paramount Stage 9. His "Year of Hell" scenes were filmed Thursday 7 August 1997 on Paramount Stage 8.
