Richard Kelley (born 16 December 1958; age 66) is an actor and camera operator who worked as assistant camera operator on Star Trek: The Next Generation.

Born in Los Angeles, California, USA, Kelley started to work as an actor in the late 1970s. Among his acting credits are supporting roles in the television musical Encore! (1980), Rocky IV (1985, with Michael Pataki, Mark DeAlessandro, and Jeff Austin), the television thriller Carly's Web (1987, with Daphne Ashbrook, Cyril O'Reilly, Gregory Itzin, Robert Symonds, and K Callan), the pilot episode of The Highwayman (1987, with Branscombe Richmond), and the comedy Nincompoop (1988). Between 1983 and 2007 he played in over 100 episodes of General Hospital

Beside his acting work, Kelley started to work as camera operator in the late 1980s. Among his credits as camera operator are projects such as Father Dowling Mysteries (1987), DeepStar Six (1988, with Pete Romano), Tango & Cash (1989, with Patric J.
