Rho Capricorni was a binary star system in the Alpha Quadrant. The stars for this system were named Bos (the official name for Rho Capricorni A) and Rho Capricorni B. (PIC: "Disengage")

The Rho Capricorni system was visible from Earth in the constellation Capricornus. It was approximately 99 light years from Sol.

In 3191, this system's location was labeled in a star chart. (DIS: "Red Directive")

This star system was only mentioned in writing.
The location of this star system was seen on the bridge of the SS Eleos XII on what appears to be an updated chart from Star Trek: Star Charts. Dave Blass published pictures of the set on his website.
