Restart sequencer

A restart sequencer was a component of the global power grid control system at the Division of Planetary Operations.

In 2372, under orders from Admiral Leyton, Red Squad sabotaged the restart sequencers after disabling the power grid to make it appear as if a Dominion invasion were imminent. (DS9: "Paradise Lost")
