Respect

Respect was a great admiration for an individual based on their achievements and position. It was the opposite of disrespect.

As Captain Christopher Pike came to realize in his captivity, the Talosians were not doing the illusions just for passion. They were after respect and mutual dependence. (TOS: "The Cage")

In 2364, the Ligonians were noted for their respect for patience which could be seen in the precise, ritualistic way they did things. (TNG: "Code of Honor")

In 2366, Admiral Haftel, attempting to soften the fact that he was trying to take Lal, whom the android Data considered to be his child, away from him, stated that he had great respect for her father. To this, Lal replied that he did not not speak with respect, leading him to describe her in turn as being adversarial. She replied that she was merely stating a fact, to which he countered that he and those working with him would help her to learn selective judgment. (TNG: "The Offspring")
