Regina Richardson is an actress who appeared as an operations officer in several episodes of Star Trek: Voyager. She received no credit for her appearances but is listed on the call sheets.

Richardson had supporting roles in a number of productions in the 1980s including the thriller Tightrope (1984, with Genevieve Bujold and Janet MacLachlan), the action thriller Nine Deaths of the Ninja (1985, with Vijay Amritraj and Emilia Crow), and episodes of Hunter (1986, with Marshall R. Teague, James Whitmore, Jr., Robert O'Reilly, Bruce Davison, J.D. Hall, and Vince Howard) and Alfred Hitchcock Presents (1986, with Lori Lively).
