Regenerative shield amplifier program being implemented

The regenerative shield amplifier was a deflector shield program developed as a personal project by T'Lyn of the Vulcan cruiser VCF Sh'vhal in 2381. When the Sh'vhal engaged the Pakled Clumpship Pakled and the Klingon Bird-of-Prey IKS Che'Ta' in battle, and its primary shields neared depletion, T'Lyn proposed her program as a remedy. Though the captain was concerned that the untested program could damage the shield coupling, he ordered it implemented and it successfully regenerated the Sh'vhal's shields to 120%. (LD: "wej Duj")
