Regan DuCasse (born 6 September 1958; age 66) is an actress who appeared as a Borg Cooperative alien in the Star Trek: Voyager third season episode "Unity". She received no credit for this appearance but was identified by the call sheets of the episode.

Besides acting, DuCasse worked as forensic photographer and forensic sketch artist. Sketches done by her were featured in episodes of Shameless and Lethal Weapon. She graduated in Forensic Science and Crime Analysis and in Crime Scene Photography from the California State University in Fullerton in 2002.

She appeared in episodes of Chasing Life and Southland and performed on stage as June on a national tour of "Chicago".

DuCasse was featured in Alien Resurrection (1997, starring Winona Ryder, with Ron Perlman, Brad Dourif, Raymond Cruz, Leland Orser, Rod Damer, Rico Bueno, Tom Woodruff, Jr., and Eddie Yansik), the action comedy Hot Guys with Guns (2013, written, executive produced and directed by Doug Spearman), and Bright (2017, with Brad William Henke, Enrique Murciano, Derek Graf, John Duff, Tim Sitarz, and Mark Wagner).
