A sign that says "reception."

The reception was generally the area of a clinic or hospital located near the entrance to the building.

It was used for receiving information about incoming patients, and it was ran by a receptionist.

There was a sign showing the location of the reception area of the Clinica Las Mariposas in 2024. (PIC: "Watcher")
