Readiness report

A readiness report was a type of report outlining the readiness status of the various departments on board a starship.

Upon boarding the USS Enterprise-D in 2369, Captain Edward Jellico stated to Commander William T. Riker that he wanted readiness reports from every department head on the vessel by 1400 hours. (TNG: "Chain Of Command, Part I")
