Randall Koerv (born 14 January 1973; age 52) is a former actor who appeared as an alien townsperson in the Star Trek: Voyager first season episode "Time and Again" for which he filmed his scenes on Wednesday 9 November 1994 on Paramount Stage 16. He received no credit for this appearance but is listed on the call sheet.

Koerv has been a professional volleyball player. [1] He works as managing director for Volleyball Inc. in Hermosa Beach, California.
