A raktajino machine was a device that made raktajino.

In 2369, after Odo rebuffed Quark's assertions that Jadzia Dax had a thing for him, saying that every man on Deep Space 9 wanted to buy her a raktajino, the Ferengi retorted that he had the raktajino machine (namely, he was the sole source of the drink on the station, not a mere purchaser).
