RSVP

RSVP was a term for a reply to a formal invitation.

In 2373, Neelix noted that Tuvok had neglected to RSVP to a luau invitation the Talaxian had sent him. The Vulcan assured Neelix that it was not an oversight on his part, but rather, deliberate. (VOY: "Alter Ego")

Unused material for the Picard family album included an invitation to family of Starfleet Academy cadets from the graduating class of 2327 in which addressees were asked to RSVP through the Starfleet Internet.
