Pusher

A pusher was someone who sold drugs to addicts.

In 2381, Les Buenamigo referred to Brekka, whose citizens once sold the addictive substance felicium to the Ornarans, as the "pusher planet". (LD: "Trusted Sources")

The first draft of TOS: "The City on the Edge of Forever" involved an Enterprise crewmember, Beckwith, who was selling drugs to his fellow crew.
