Psyllium

Psyllium was a type of plant used as a foodstuff.

Psyllium contained a high amount of cellulose. In 2372, it was one of the foods that Neelix gave to Samantha Wildman as an example of high-cellulose foods that looked too yellow after coming out of the replicator. (VOY: "Deadlock")
