Psychic dominance

Psychic dominance was the ability of an individual to dominate another with their thoughts.

In 3189, after learning that Ensign Sylvia Tilly would be joining Acting Captain Saru on a mission to an unknown and potentially dangerous settlement on a planet, Philippa Georgiou objected saying that Tilly had the psychic dominance of a kitten. (DIS: "Far From Home")
