Psychiatric ward

A psychiatric ward was a hospital ward where psychiatric patients were treated. Starbase 5's hospital had a psychiatric ward.

In 2257, Spock admitted himself to this ward, unbeknownst to his father Sarek and Michael Burnham. However, Christopher Pike was aware of Spock's decision. (DIS: "New Eden")
