According to set dressing created for TNG: "The Schizoid Man", the Proxima Centauri Interplanetary Bowling League (and their marching band) was a bowling organization in the Federation, home-based at Proxima Centauri.

Ford Prefect (artificial intelligence division product manager), Arthur Dent (vice president of android production), and Tricia McMillan (vice president for advanced research) from the Sirius Cybernetics Corporation signed a certificate naming Ira Graves "humanoid of the year" in gratitude for his contributions to the league and band.

The certificate was not seen on screen, but depicted in Star Trek: The Next Generation - The Continuing Mission (p. 76).
