Pretzel rods were a type of pretzel that were commonly eaten as snacks.

The Pakleds who were taking over Karzill IV had a small pile of cheese ball puffs, jerky, and pretzel rods stored near the entrance of a mine on the planet's surface.

When an away team from the USS Titan was spotted near the snack pile, the Pakleds believed that they were miners trying to steal their snacks. (LD: "Kayshon, His Eyes Open")
