Pressure grenade

A pressure grenade was a hand-held explosive device for use against personnel.

The Cardassians frequently used pressure grenades to booby trap supplies they left behind for the enemy. The grenades would explode when the supply crates were opened. Miles O'Brien had witnessed more than one such incident prior to 2370. (DS9: "Armageddon Game")
