Pok tar was a type of Vulcan food.

In 2151, when Captain Vanik of the Ti'Mur came aboard Enterprise NX-01 for dinner with T'Pol and Captain Archer, Archer insisted T'Pol tell him Vanik's favorite food. When Archer had the dish prepared for Vanik, the visiting Vulcan didn't even eat it. (ENT: "Breaking the Ice")

Pok tar was among Spock's favorite foods. Under the influence of Trelane in 2261, Christopher Pike prepared some for Spock's bachelor party. (SNW: "Wedding Bell Blues")
