Pisco

Pisco was a brandy from South America.

In 2399, when Captain Cristóbal Rios requested an aguardiente from La Sirena, the ship replicated a bottle of pisco accompanied by a glass. Rios used the alcohol to disinfect a wound in his right shoulder and, later, for drinking. (PIC: "The End is the Beginning")
