The pine tree was a type of tree native to Earth.

Pine Mountain was a location in Georgia, the site of a American Civil War battle during the mid-19th century. (VOY: "Death Wish")

The Pine Tree Bar and Grill in Carbon Creek, Pennsylvania was sometimes referred to simply as "Pine Tree". (ENT: "Carbon Creek")
