Photonic decay

Photonic decay was a term for the degradation of a holoprogram.

In 2376, Harry Kim noted that the photonic decay of the Paris 042 holoprogram (Fair Haven) was so advanced that they might only be able to save 5-10%. He advised that it might be easier to start over again. (VOY: "Fair Haven")
