Ride the Pheonix

Ride the Phoenix was an amusement ride at the Historical Bozeman theme park that operated out of Bozeman, Montana during the late 24th century. It consisted of at least five life-sized replicas of the original Phoenix warp ship, which could be taken into orbit. These ships were each housed in five missile silos nestled against the cliffside at the edge of the park.

Additionally, the Phoenix replicas featured a holographic duplicate of Zefram Cochrane, who was programmed to provide narration while ostensibly acting as the ride's "pilot".

The average wait time for the ride was apparently 25 minutes. Signage at the above-ground entranceway, leading down below the surface to board the ships, directed single riders to a separate entrance. These riders were instructed by ride operators to board a ship to fill out seating as appropriate. Riders were required to be at least 100 centimeters tall, most likely to ensure that the passenger seats' 4-point safely harness would keep them properly secured. Visitors were allowed to queue while they had food or beverages, but a themed safety video of Cochrane informed those waiting in line that they should finish consuming their edibles, as neither were allowed aboard the ships.

In 2381, when Ensigns Beckett Mariner, D'Vana Tendi, Sam Rutherford, and Brad Boimler were trying to get to the spacedock containing the USS Cerritos, they hijacked one of the Phoenix replicas, ship number five, to travel through space. (LD: "Grounded")
