Phil Allen (born 15 January 1952; age 73) is a comic book color artist. He worked for DC Comics from 1994 through 1995, working on several Batman and Primal Force issues. He also contributed the color art on the story "Blaise of Glory" in "TOS Special #1" for their Star Trek license.
