Phibeas

King Phibeas was a Khwopian male who served as the monarch of the planet Khwopa in the early 2380s. He wore a crown on his head, and a royal robe.

In 2380, he greeted the away team from the USS Cerritos, commanded by Captain Amina Ramsey, who had arrived on Khwopa to repair a water filtration system. (LD: "Much Ado About Boimler")
