Percy Simpson is an actor who appeared as a Kantare in the Star Trek: Enterprise first season episode "Oasis". According to the call sheets, he filmed his scenes on Monday 28 January 2002, Tuesday 29 January 2002, Thursday 31 January 2002, and Monday 4 February 2002 on Paramount Stage 9.

Besides his appearance on Star Trek, Simpson also appeared in the short film City of Men (1988), the television thriller Rubdown (1993, with Michelle Phillips and Kane Hodder), The District episode "To Serve and Protect" (2001, with Roger Aaron Brown and John D. Gowans), the drama Foster Babies (2007), the drama Frankie D (2007, with David Jean Thomas), and the short science fiction film The Sixth (2011, with Tommy "Tiny" Lister, Jr.).
