Penk's species were a humanoid race from the Delta Quadrant. They had two spherical ridges of bone on their faces.

One member of this species, Penk, supplied unwilling players for the blood sport tsunkatse. (VOY: "Tsunkatse")

Penk's species was described in the script as a Norcadian.
