Peace movement

A peace movement or pacifist movement was any political movement that involved bringing an end to war, with the goal of peace being the underlying achievement.

In an alternate timeline in which social worker Edith Keeler was saved from dying in a car accident by a temporally displaced Leonard McCoy, she lived long enough to found a peace movement.

This delayed the United States entry into World War II. Because of this, Germany developed the A-bomb first, and therefore the Nazis won the Second World War. (TOS: "The City on the Edge of Forever")
