Paxau

Paxau was a region on Talax, where the Paxau Resort was located. The flower from which Gallia nectar was obtained grew only near a certain lake on Paxau. (VOY: "Warlord")

Neelix says, "on Paxau", possibly suggesting it to be more like an island or mountain then a province.
According to StarTrek.com, Paxau could have either been a Class M planet or a moon of the Talaxian system. [1](X)
