Pasta boudin

Pasta boudin was an Earth dish made from pasta.

In 2372, Joseph Sisko recommended the pasta boudin to the patrons at his restaurant, saying that "it's got a bit of a kick but it'll make you smile". (DS9: "Paradise Lost")
