Parthas was a green vegetable with fleshy roots that was native to the planet Acamar III. It was the primary ingredient of Parthas a la Yuta. (TNG: "The Vengeance Factor")

A restaurant called Parthas was present on Starbase 80 in 2382. (LD: "Starbase 80?!")

The props used to represent parthas appeared to be green-colored beets.
